A good sleepy and calmness from excercise

So my new routine is four days a week, 45 minutes of swimming, 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill and 30 minutes of yoga....and phew it makes me so sleepy and relaxed in a good way.
Then on the fifth day I just do half an hour of yoga.
I'm also eating better with the steamer we bought. I am making brown rice in it, and steaming vegies...and oh it's so yummy. I did put a post up about the extremely healthy health benefits of brown rice which I think I will bump up.
Does anyone else who excercises feel a good sleepy relaxation?
Spiritlite.

It's been a while since I could exercise properly, but I know that reasonable amounts of exercise on a regular basis does help promote sound restfull sleep.

There is no properly. There are however a ton of lively songs one could toss on the CD player and bounce around and dance to for 10-15 minutes a day. That's all that's needed, plus it's fun, fun, fun.

NO sleep relaxation. Recently my excercise routine has changed. I do a mile of swimming and an hour of yoga about 3-4 times a week. The water is meditating to me, in fact if I've not swam for a while I have dreams of swimming and the yoga well I can't live without becaues it's so calming.
