Spiritual Evolution

Apparently we are in an age of universal spiritual awareness and development in terms of energy and recognizing ourselves as energy/spirit beings on a human journey. It is widely believed that as the human race we are in the process of heightening our vibrations to acclimatize to the ever-changing world around us that we intensely inhabit.
Some would argue that we are in an evolutionary process whose end result will be new kinds of perception, identity and even reality that are totally free of constraints and limitations. This process is often term as “our phoenix-like transformation”. This transformational journey can be described in stages, each personalized to all of us individually on our own spiritual and human paths during this life-time, however, these stages also comply on a universal level regarding higher frequencies, energy and vibration levels.
Some may feel they have already completed this transformation and have reached a newer, higher level of frequency. To understand these stages read further with the understanding that we are energy bodies and everyone and everything emits vibration.

1) Spirit Merges with Body, Emotions & Mind

The physical, 3-dimensional world we consider as our reality is apparently beginning to change as a result of and respond to an influx of high frequency energy. The fourth dimension, the next level of awareness that is just beyond you, is making itself known.
Some may say this is a cosmic plasma energy field passing through our part of the Milky Way, or the results of distant cosmic events. Whatever the cause, as this energy from a more spiritual dimension ‘lowers’ to our frequencies and penetrates our world, one will stir and respond, almost ‘stretching’ up in frequency in an attraction to it’s mystery.
One would be likely to experience the thinning of boundaries between ‘heaven’ and earth. This is where a process of interpretation begins, coming in gradually intensifying waves resulting in the eventual merge of the third and fourth dimensions. The first major symptom of this first stage is the emphasis on mind and body unity, when they become one, the spirit/soul is revealed and we learn and come to know that it’s been in everything all along.
Notably, this could also be described as the beginning of ones inner spiritual awakening on their own personal spiritual journey throughout this life reaching into other realms.

2) The Frequency of Life Increases in Everyway & Everywhere

It is believed that as the spiritual frequencies penetrate the physical world, which includes the planet and our own bodies, it also saturates into our minds and emotions. Our bodies will adapt to the higher vibration, which can initially disturb one’s comfort level, activating both positive and negative emotions, making us more aware of them.
There may be negative effects to this stage such as shorter attention spans, temporarily, short term memory loss, higher intolerance in general, becoming absent minded and possibly trying to escape the uncomfortable feelings by slipping into fantasy worlds every now and again. However, the positive effects, if we allow the higher energies to flow through us, means we experience more vitality, greater awareness and higher frequency feelings such as love, happiness and enthusiasm as well as higher motivations and understanding of ourselves and our bodies.

3) Personal Collective Subconscious Mind Empties

As the vibratory rate of our emotions and physical body increase, subconscious blocks, which are apparently fear-based emotions of lower frequencies, can no longer remain stored or suppressed. Basically, low frequencies cannot exist in a field of high frequency energy and awareness.
These blockages almost ‘explode’ into one’s consciousness and in doing so repressed memories surface and personal dramas and traumas occur. You may face shame, hatred, terror and dark corners of your psyche as these subconscious old beliefs and limitations re-enact themselves. One must make the conscious decision to embark on this ‘darker’ part of the journey in order to penetrate the subconscious and the unknown in order to find understanding. Please remember that this phase does not last forever.
The positive results of this stage, which can and will be reached eventually, are that if one allows the higher energy to flow through you and deal patiently and lovingly with difficult situations that arise you learn that you can’t avoid polarities but must allow every option to be a part of your life. You will gain awareness about your previously unconscious emotional triggers.

4) Retrenching, Refortifying, Resist, Re-suppress

This is the stage where one’s ego will step forward in your mind, that’s rooted in fear and self protection and fights for preservation of old yet difficult and familiar ways and vehemently avoids letting go and trusting. You may plunge into survival behaviors. These vary upon the individual, but again, remember that this stage will not last forever.

5) Old Structures Break Down

It is true that we can only resist the inevitable for so long. As we experience ‘ego death’ at a personal and somewhat social level, we may panic thinking this is the end, but it isn’t. What really happens is the way you identify yourself is changing from a limited sense of self to a much expanded one.
Apparently this is a good stage to seek help from others, i.e. friends, a guru or even the angels.
As we learn to clear our fear-based past, old methods fail to produce results, many things we once thought meaningful and important in life become useless and boring and old habits die. As old forms dissolve you may experience disillusionment and have little certainty about who you are etc. However letting go of the things we no longer need we will find that external rules aren’t so necessary and that we are being directed from inside ourselves and that we are living by natural harmony and inherent universal principles of natural order.
We will experience being guided by our own highest wisdoms and the failure of old structures is a natural way of life that is preparing us for our new selves.

6) We Stop, Let Go & Relax Into Our True Selves

This is where we finally reach a point where we stop fighting and struggling along the transformation journey into higher frequencies.
As we let things be, we experience the profundity of our own beings and the experience now transforms into one of relief, grace and joy. This is where we find who we really are with our whole bodies.
We now focus unconditionally on accepting ourselves, others and life and on letting go and trusting in everything. This is a time of saturating the frequency of your soul and receive clear yet subtle signals directly from your core. It is key to find a “felt sense” of your own soul at this point – an experience of your home frequency – or your highest personal vibration.
At the end of this stage it is said we will be much more receptive to insight, remembering long forgotten truths about ourselves, experiencing much more happiness and general good health.

7) We Re-emerge into the World (Phoenix)

After the big turning point in the previous stage there are no more disruptive effects on your energy and awareness. Part of identifying with your soul’s vibration is that your perception shifts from old self to new and life behaves differently. As you see others that haven’t yet made it to or past this big turning point you no longer fear them as those who may ‘bring you down’, instead you may take on a role as a teacher or healer to them.
Your most real motive is not to accomplish goals but to be multifaceted and so in the flow that you might be able to “shape shift”, or in other words, change into something radically different.

8) Relationship, Family & Group Experience are Revolutionized

Now you feel how intimately individual and collective consciousness interpenetrate each other and know yourself as both a personal (me) and collective self (us), you can feel how you and others affect each others’ lives. This may make you want to be responsible for your actions and thoughts as a way to be kind to others.
You develop a new understanding of receptive and dynamic (yin and yang) energy as well as the left and right hand brain. You balance yourself with equal development of your receptive-intuitive-sourcing side and your active-focusing-creative side so your perception can be more fluid, creative and renewed.
You are authentically yourself without having to struggle and at the same time you can work with the merged group mind at any time to arrive at more complex, high frequency answers.

9) Enlightenment is Grounded in All Matter

With inspired collaboration and co-creation comes shared wisdom and unbounded appreciation. Love is truly understood as the force of nature, consistent throughout the whole cosmos, capable of miraculous things.
You take positive steps to act on your destiny impulses and find joy in achieving results based on the soul’s wisdom. You discover how the creation-materialization process works and experience the unified field as an extension of your own body. You know how to work calmly with the natural filtering system of the present moment and the lens of your conscious mind and body.
We learn that our destinies evolve based on our interconnections to other souls and their destinies, and we discover new ways to plan and achieve goals in a fluid world. Birth and death lose meaning as great punctuation marks in our lives; we have the experience of coming and going as we please via ascension and descension. Your body is much lighter and transparent and you know the experience of heaven on earth.

Thank you both for your thoughts. I found this additional piece of information about higher energy frequencies regarding a connection to water and the power it has:

I suppose it is an interesting slant, as the same website that provided the above information claimed that their water therapies could cure all sorts of diseases from Aids to alcoholism. Although this is a side point to my original post, I found the connection between higher frequencies, water and development/healing quite interesting.

I can relate to the changes that occur for one - as we progress and transform on our journey. Not quite sure where I am at, but I look forward to the day when collectively humanity - feels the "oneness", "Unity", "harmony/Love" - which I personally believe is what this evolutionary change is about and where we are all heading towards. The shift in conciousness - coming of a new age - the so called end of the world.

I think that everyone - spiritual or otherwise - can in some way relate to at least the initial stages, especially in the times we are in at present. In a way, higher frequency evolution could be the same as terming it spiritual evolution; in terms of vibration that is...

The stages, I think, could represent human evolution of a natural progress through life. Do people naturally progress through these stages as part of their journey of discovering "who we are" or finding oneself.

Many, books, websites and publications and articles are suggesting that the global population and the world is in this state of awakening, spiritually, already - a wide scale awakening of consciousness at a fairly high speed, too.

There are said to be various frequencies and brainwaves, all at different levels, relating to binary. This can be explained further through the ‘Miranon System’; for those interested in reaching higher frequencies of consciousness/awareness, this background info can be pretty interesting.

Level 1 – 7 Pertain to the consciousness of the plant world.

Level 8 – 14 Correspond to the animal kingdom.

Level 15 – 21 Relate to the kinds of awareness in the human realm. These correspond with the chakras/energy vortexes in the human body:
Level 15 Correlates with the chakra at the base of the spine (root chakra), focusing on survival and endurance, the will to live, maintaining and circulating vital energy, supplying us with the earths core energy.
Level 16 Corresponds to the lower abdomen chakra focusing on sympathy and the ability to feel emotions and energy fields.
Level 17 Connects with the solar plexus chakra focusing on personal will, personal power, self control and control of the outside world, inducing the fight or flight mechanism.
Level 18 Relates to the heart chakra focusing on the interconnection of our physical and non-physical selves; the balance of living with the universal principles and understanding.
Level 19 Corresponds to the throat chakra which focuses on the transition from personal will to higher will, faith, connection to higher sources of guidance/info and communication.

Level 23 Associated with people who’ve had a fear of death and don’t know they’ve died or who can’t get past a limiting idea/emotion after death. This can be typical of suicides and addicts.

Level 24 – 26 Pertain to levels of fixed beliefs and expectations concerning people’s concepts of what the after life will be like.

Level 27 Is a realm known as “the park”; it’s a kind of reception centre where most go after death. Here people reconnect with loved ones who’ve died, work with guides to understand what they were learning in their lives and recover their energy.

Level 28 More of an abstract state that is the last association with being human, sometimes referred to as “seventh heaven”. Here people connect with high teachers, saviors and prophets.

(It is said that the next three levels are not that well recorded).

Level 34 – 35 Are called “the area of the gathering” where we meet extremely high impersonal intelligences who have gathered around earth to witness two simultaneous events that will happen to earth which they deem to be a rare occurrence – they want to help us – the events however have not been clearly delineated.

Level 49 Pertains to the underlying workings of astronomy and understanding the great mysteries of the cosmos and galaxies.

I think it would be interesting to mention the following with regards to various ‘every day vibrations’ as this is something we all experience knowingly or unknowingly every single day of our lives. I have tried to put into a table style format so that it’s hopefully easy enough to understand.
The scales of every day vibrations are said to be as follows, starting from high frequencies and gradually moving down to low frequencies:

One may be interested in tracking their daily vibrations; basically for example, think back over your day – what physical, emotional and mental state did you greet the day with? How did you move through the frequencies as the day progressed? What state are you living in right now? When you recall a typical day – is there a pattern? Do you tend to repeat any pattern without even realizing it? Think back over your week – what where the predominant vibrations you lived in? What frequency levels have you been dreaming in lately?

Also, we all have our own personal/unique vibration, this is what some sense during astral traveling; one can detect the energy signatures of those they know and become aware of those they don’t know in life, for this reason. Our personal vibrations are affected by vibrations in the world and other people all the time.

What is your personal vibration and how does it function?

Your personal vibration is the overall vibration that radiates from you in any given moment; the frequency is a combination of any of the various contracted or expanded states of your body, emotions and thoughts outlined in the chart above. It naturally fluctuates.
The vibrations of one aspect of your makeup affects the vibration of the other aspects.

Your personal vibration is generated from inside you by your own choices; it’s up to you how you want to feel. You have a natural vibration – your home frequency – which is the way your soul feels. This is often covered over, however, with emotional and mental clutter as you go through life, naturally! It is possible to uncover and shine any time you want to.

Your personal vibration improves dramatically the more you allow your soul to take charge of your life. When your personal vibration is the result of limited thinking, negative emotions, or the need to control yourself and the world, you’re not going to have a very good time here on earth.
As you move through the transformation process (as explained in the initial post) these contracted feelings and beliefs rise from your subconscious mind to be cleared and a new perception opens to you.
