3-4 glasses of Purified water with natural lemon a day.
Completely vegan face scrub with finely ground walnut shells every other day combined with a rose and tea tree oil pre-peel cleanser. Works quite well and I'm getting close to 40.

What i find is that doing Reiki everyday on myself does help to control the acne, and even I have noticed these few months that my acne isn't there anymore.
For my daily routine, in the morning, I only wash with crystal elixir water (rose quartz and amethyst) and apply my homemade skin moisturizer (extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, rose hip oil, tamanu oil, tea tree oil, and lavender oil), after which in the night, I wash with natural bar soap and apply my homemade moisturizer on my face and neck again.
I felt that having a healthy diet really makes an impact, along with everything to really clean and detoxify the body, helping it return to a normal and balanced state.

I must say my acne has gotten out of control and I refuse to go on antibiotics. I've tried everything. I've switched everything to organic, switched all care products from my toothpaste to my shampoo to holistic alternatives. Wrapped my mattress in plastic to kee away off gassing. I have organic sheets and pillows. My Conclusion is this.
Whenever I eat a whole bunch of grains my acne spikes. You want to eliminate grains from your diet. Whole grains are bad for us. Wheat, Oats, Barley, and rye and the 4 worst foods you could possibly eat. I'm working on transitioning myself to a more paleo diet cutting out processed foods. Even if it's organic doesn't mean it's healthy.
I tried drinking neem powder and it tasted way way too horrible. I could take it in veggie pill form haven't tried that. Also taking olive leaf extract or Orageno extract pills is something I want to venture into.
My acne is still horrible but at least I know what causes it, bad diet that spikes your hormones. Once your acne get really bad you'll need an antibiotic to stop it from spreading. But my friends their are plenty of natural antibiotics. Cheers!

tea tree oil--absolute miracle for acne. most effective when mixed into witch hazel(you can get witch hazel at places like walgreens and you should be able to find tea tree oil in health food stores in the beauty section or sometimes even at grocery stores or places like walgreens)
apple cider vinegar-If you are willing to take this orally, you'll not be sorry. you can either take 3 shots of it a day or you can get the apple cider vinegar vitamins and take three of those a day. read up on the effects of apple cider vinegar on acne, it's quite amazing. something I do which you can do too is apply the apple cider vinegar like you would apply toner after you wash your face
garlic-garlic is an anti biotic and is VERY effective. I like to make a paste with garlic and rub it on the effected areas
lemon-lemon juice(straight from the lemon would be best)will dry it out which will cause shrinkage and also it bleaches the skin which will help with redness
honey-natural, raw organic honey is amazing. every time I take a shower I have a honey jar in the shower and upon getting in I generously lather the honey all over my face and let it sit there for 20 minutes and wash it off. read up on honey and acne-also amazing.
banana peel-for a natural moisturizer that will not do anything bad to your face, before you go to bed rub the inside of a banana peel on your face and in the morning wash the residue off your face. it sounds silly, but it compliments your skin tone making your skin glow and it looks beautiful.
instead of washing your face with store bought face washes, I suggest just washing it with water every night and morning or just once a day. as long as you keep up with it you're golden. It's not adding anything to your face chemically, it is simply keeping it clean which will keep acne causing stuff away better.
This information all probably looks a little scattered, but i hope it helps you out--I stand by all of it. doing this naturally will absolutely be your best bet
ps-something I like to do is to mix all of the ingredients I've listed for you into a terrible smelling mixture and if it turns out with a thick consistency I'll put it on my face for an hour like a face mask but if it turns out runny I'll wash my face with it for a night or two.

I'll second the tea tree oil, it's great for any skin complaint , Apple cider vinegar also works wonders for your digestive system, I use it not only on myself but also on the dog & poultry. Garlic is a wonder herb, it's uses are too varied to mention, every morning I take a capsule of vitamin C, garlic & horseradish & I haven't had a cold or flu in years. The answers for most health problems are found in your garden or at the local greengrocer. That's not too say that professionals don't have their place, but if you can fix it yourself why not.
