Colloidal Silver

I used it when I lived in the UK with a vet that I worked for to save a Horse from what should have been a fatal wound. It took many months and I'm thankful the Insurance company paid out for it but the horse recovered totally and went on to live a very happy , good successful life with a new owner.

The wound started just inside his elbow and ran up internally under his shoulder and over the rib cage to just below the wither at the base of his neck and was caused by a piece of wooden fence rail about 2 ft long. He went through a fence when spooked by aircraft.

When I found about 3 hrs after the incident the wood was still embedded inside him and infection from that dirty piece of wood had already started to set in. The vet removed the wood and repeatedly flushed the huge pocket it had made out with Colloidal silver solution and injected Colloidal silver cream up into the wound.

This had to be done 4 times a day. It took 4 months to heal but when it did there were no complications and all he was left with was a tiny patch of white hair and a scar. He also had to have it in his diet, but it worked and worked well. Ive used it ever since for various things and only for the short time it took to cure something. I've been using it for years and haven't turned Blue but I don't use it all the time, as its to be respected and used only when needed.

I eventually invested in a machine to make my own and learn't how to make it properly as living with livestock etc means I can end up using quite a bit when its needed.

Its the same with everything just respect it n use it properly.

Wow it is amazing that the house is recovered now!
And great that you produce your own CS. I will keep on researching about the benefits of it, maybe I can produce mine some day? For now I am just giving it a try and so far I am feeling slight better but not 100% (which is completely fine cause it is going to take a few days until I feel the changes in my body).

I have had success putting some in my neti pot and swishing it around my sinuses with my saline mixture. It took care of most my sinus infections in the early stages. I know it's good for burns and for cuts, but it's not really meant to be ingested. I've taken a dozen drops of 30 ppm max under the tongue and I was having some strange, strong pain where my major lymph nodes are located around my body that I've never had before. I would use with caution if you're going to try it.

That sounds like a crazy infection; I hope you find something that will help. Geeezz!

Do they actually know it's an infection?

Years ago had bought a box of silver-laced bandages and this did make skin and wound does not go any better, in fact, got wetter. Even the skin got affected. Threw it out and got regular cloth bandage, all is well again. :)

I am fascinated about what happened with the horse. That is very interesting, and great that you were working with a vet who thought that way. That would have totally saved the horse's life. Thanks for your post.

The Handbook on the Toxicology of Metals reports that animals repeatedly exposed to silver may develop anemia, which is an iron deficiency. The authors note that the animals also experienced enlargement of the heart, stunted growth, and harmful changes to the liver.

Scientists have conducted very little research into colloidal silver, which means that there may be additional risks. Also, humans may experience different effects from animals.

Without conducting further research, scientists are unable to determine the safety of regular exposure to colloidal silver. Researchers also do not know whether it interacts with any medications.
