Hearing Sirens in head

Last night when laying down to go asleep I could hear sirens in my head. When I noticed it I felt alarmed as I was concerned if it was a sign there could be a fire in the night as Ive been procrastinating in getting a fire alarm (our's broke). When I focused on it, it changed to a vibration/frequency sound of one tone but then I realised I was struggling against it so I relaxed and then I heard the sirens again clearly.


I read something online saying this is a warning of God's judgement and that our sins need to be dealt with or admitted to be crucified or something like that in Jesus' name. I felt a massive sinking feeling in my heart. Like I don't do the best I can do and in which case is soemthing bad going to happen to me.

Im writing it here to see if anyone has experienced this or if they know what it means?

There is a condition called Exploding Head Syndrome. It could be that and not a spiritual warning.


Just out of curiosity, was the sine wave you heard a high pitch or a low pitch?


I myself have heard both pitches of sine waves.

Ah ok thank you I will look into that, it was high and low, like one siren pitch would be high then would alternate to a lower pitch siren sounds and back again like high low high low high low.
