Pre-histories theories
This is fascinating. There is so much evidence of older societies in the Isles and Northern Europe as well Takla Maklan. I wish there was a centralized research point or site to look at. Thanks for the post.

One of the original archaeologists was a guest speaker in one of my classes and apparently the original carbon dating came back at closer to 6000 years old. However archaeologists in Asia highly disputed the results and retested.

If you look there are also some interesting theories (but some start to really extrapolate) surrounding the pre-historic and ancient artifacts/cultures of and around Japan. One of my advanced mythology students did a senior research project on the underwater monoliths there. There are also interesting ideas regarding the aboriginals of the region, who show Caucasoid features.
