There are a numeber of accounts of accdentel astral projection , that may of been what happned to you .

That would make sense yes I agree. I think it is something that's happened a few times. But other times I've fully realised what it was. What confused me here was that it was different. To the other times.
I would love to be able to learn how to do it consciously though. Imagine the adventures I could have then.

There is no spirit world. More precisely we are already in it. "Going" to the spirit world is simply a shift in perception. We become aware of that which is always there, just beyond the range of our bodily senses.
