what exactly is the law of duailty?

does anyone have an explanation , example or anything special ? is it complicated ?

I don't know. There are probably many others here that can explain this better. But sometimes duality is explained as separation between subject and object or something like that. There is "two". A seer that sees a thing. One person talking to another person. There is someone who experience something. Or a person and the world out there. Two. Duality.

Non-duality (not two) is when there is no real separation between subject and object, they are the same. Or at least connected. The same consciousness expressed as both the subject and object. That which sees is essentially built up by the same substance/spirit/.... as that which is seen. The seer and the seen is one. Duality and Oneness at the same time. Duality is happening within something greater, some space-like consciousness which is also the substance of the dual "things"... I think

Some say that there is no real world outside of ourselves (as consciousness). It is like a mirror, we don't exist separate from the world and the world don't exist separate from us. Some kind of dance between the creator and the created. So, even if we experience something we don't like or hate, that too, is a part of ourselves in some way... or... our neighbour is a part of us. Me and my neighbour as separate objects in a separate world is duality. I personally think that Jesus meant "non-duality" when he said "Love your neighbour as yourself". The law of duality then? I don't know. That it creates problems?

Here is how I understand it. There is no absolute laws in the universe, only choices. If you choose to live within duality then duality is what you answers to. The law you are searching for simply says that to every object there exist an opposite. Yin and Yang can be seen as opposites (duality) or as a whole (oneness). It is a choice we make, how we wish to perceive the world.

choices , right . one or the other. 1 or anything but 1 . freedom of choice is as free as anyone can get . There's no freedom more free that total freedom of choice.

can you see anything in the physical universe that reflects the law of duality.

or is it just subjective reality rather than objective?

All reality is subjective.

To me life is chaotic and the only sure thing is change. For there to be duality there has to be a certain order to things that I just do not see reflected in my own existence.

What is your concern about the law of duality?

i have an interest in it and looking for feedback about it .

i see objective+ and subjective- as opposites in a way .

So no relation to your own existence ?, that's interesting .
