Any tips on manifesting a new business partner who will be almost family to you ?

I wanna start a business in future and have no idea with whom.

It's probably down to visualisation and affirmation. The problem is you'd be trying to visualise/attract abstracts - presumably someone to enhance your prospects, meaning what qualities you want.

Difficult. On the few occasions I've "employed" someone it's been about can they do the job on time / within budget but it's different hiring someone for work rather than a business partner.

What qualities are you after rather than whom?
An ideas person?
Someone you can control (or who won't control you)?
Someone good at financial planning?
Someone persuasive - to sell? To raise funds from the bank?
A technical person?
Must she or he be presentable?
How "family" do you want them?

How do you like to work? What are your working methods? Tidy? Punctual? Extemporise?

Profit split. Dont offer an hourly wage. Find someone who loves the product/cause
