Forehead vibrating

Yep I get this too... Mine is very pronounced though, had it long before meditation or anything. When I was a kid I could walk past the antenna and feel it, so I would turn and point the antenna at my brow and shivers so intense would go across my head and down my spine it would knock me down. My sister tried it and she didn't feel anything.

I think mine is pretty outtawhack, it's not supposed to be this bad, probably has to do with multiple head injuries knocking out inhibitions and boundaries.

There can be such strong energy around the third eye, palpable vibrations. I read something about how the pineal gland actually incudes rods and cones cells just like your eyes, and a projector and screen, tiny little microscopic anatomy that comprises a projector and screen!! That's amazing, hard to believe, I wish I had saved the source because it's such a weird claim.
