Developing Allergies

I went Pescetarian last 2014. Went back to eating chicken after a year and lately been noticing I've developed an allergic reaction (the itchy kind) to poultry and eggs. Now I've to go back to being pescetarian because I don't want to be taking antihistamine everytime I eat poultry and eggs anymore. I tried eating pork but for some reason I can no longer digest it and it makes me feel bad right after and I've to take antacids or something to digest it.
