Parkour, free running anyone?

I think its the best form of exercise as it brings people to there peak of physical fitness, it is the art of movement and to move in such flow is beautiful to do and watch.

Has anyone here ever done it or still does, or are you interested in it?

Not to mention dangerous as all get out! LOL!...

Parkour is an amazing thing to watch, but those guys are insane with some of their moves. The movie District B13, a French action flick, has some incredible displays of martial arts and Parkour.

I love the film district 13
The body is an amazing thing, it can adapt to certain movements and flow just like water, the things that the professionals do may seem insane, but to them its like a walk in the park
Plus i have been training this art for 2 years now and only ever had 1 major injury which was a tear in a ligament, never broken a bone or severely damaged my body beyond repair.
In my views if you take something step by step nothings impossible, babies dont learn to run before they crawl so therefore they are cautious, just like us free runners.
I love how i can flip so effortlessly barely making a sound and how i can walk on my hands just as easy as i can with my feet, its not so much of a showing off to people its more of an accomplishment of the progress of the human body, but most of all its that great sense of freedom that fills your body when gravity is on your side
