Dont forget all that you can use your Chi to ease aches and pains, just put your hands on the part of your body thats hurting and visualise the energy from your hands going into the pain.

That's true, I have actually noticed that technique to work. You have to be really focused and not distracted. |

This healing method sounds like the opposite of Reiki. Does it have a name so I can google it?
In Reiki it is most important to not use your own energy but function as a conduit of the Universal Energy. |

You can even find 30 minute sessions of Qigong on YouTube. There are some for when you can't be bothered to stand up and do Qigong. Still really affective when sitting down.

Some are really into Reiki.
Some are into generating healing energy from their own being.
I guess there is something for everyone...and all methods seem to work.
I think intent and concentration are the most important factors in energy healing.

What did it feel like.....it frightened the life out of me when it arked across to the next chakra, it was the female vision in my mind that ignited my chi, the union of the male and female energy from the vision kicked my ball in to the second half of the field! |
