Pressure around third eye

For the past week I have had a lot of pressure near my third eye which is sometimes so bad that I feel sick. I have also had so many new sensations, tiingling, hurting, just like general energy moving. I know its not anything medical. Im thinking my third eye is overactive right now. I know it isnt opening because that has already happened. Im guessing I should mediatate to clear the energy but Im not sure.

Any advice would be appreciated.

check out grounding techniques, and if you work on chakras directly, try to balance it out by not working too much on the upper chakras exclusively

Thank you, I had a root chakra meditation and it helped so much. I was very ungrounded.
