its all good.... I think this is a good thing.... I also got a message that said something like... the way I think about myself is causing the headaces too... soo Its been helping me to think more positive too.... and getting that head ace like that helped me understand that it wasnt something that had to doo with my health...
more meditation.

Woww something crazy happened to me when i was younger.. i kissed this girl and my lips started burning real bad and i started getting a bad headache something i will never forget
