Asking help from an Admin please

Hi,
After looking through FAQ's and threads I'm not finding what I'm looking for, so I'm posting here. If it's there and I didn't see it please forgive me. But I need your help.
I know since I'm new I can't edit my profile yet. But I have a little problem. My full birthday is being displayed in my profile. I feel uncomfortable with that and would like to have that changed (even prior to my have access to profile editing). Would that be possible please?

Hello

There is a time frame for new members to gain full site access so profiles are only able to be edited by SF Staff to start with. I have done that for you. I have set it so there is no date of birth shown.
