yep! my dad always said if my mother or i were grumpy "oh, must me that time of the month... is it a full moon? yep, that time of the month"

hahaha he always knew when it was because it would be a full moon - it still is a full moon every single time!

a little "TMI - too much information" but its true, the moon has more control over women than men

I was only thinking the other night how it affects people the people I care for who have dementia and other mental health problems seem to be more affected by the moon

I do and I know that if affects me. I feel like going out and dancing and feel more energy usually during this period. For some people, it has a negative impact.

Last time I wrote on this thread I said I never noticed it. Since then it's become painfully obvious though, I'm very affected by the full moon. Took a while to realise and put two and two together though ("oh that bright glowing orb in the sky makes me feel queasy").

Maybe everyone should make a point of logging the phase before during and after the full moon...and putting it in a dairy.

in fact log the whole month....or make it six months and see if they notice any patterns in behaviour, I'm sold on it anyway so for those who are not...give it a go.

The moon has the same effect on us as it does on the oceanic tides in the world..
Our bodies water mass is about 70%...so is our brain.
Our water based body is affected from the energies that are reflected between the moon and the earth..
There are other factors involved through the emotional side which is connected to our field of energy..
The aura changes color through our emotional responses....because were in a state of stress in our modern world, our mind is not in calm or peaceful state...so the full moons energies reflects that response were in.
If your emotional state is balanced...the full moon has no effect to heighten those emotions.
But as we know....the majority of people are very emotionally unbalanced in that field so the watery inner tides shift to those energies.

Yes, definitely. Particularly, the last blue moon really affected me negatively. It was like my head was constantly buzzing and I was very restless and irritable.

That's my gist on it as well.

I think the police have a busy few nights when the moon is showing it's full face! lol!
