Spirits can only go where they're invited. Unconsciously we form codependent bonds with them which need to be revoked, but it's not always as easy as casting them out. They're attached to some negative part of you, which you need to find and heal. Once it's healed they won't have anything to feed off and the bond will be automatically broken.

say that to them and ask your spirit guide to be with you when you do.
we can not help all spirits when they contact us so we must send them on their way.

I had another terrible night last night with no sleep. Do you think it would be helpful for a medium to contact these spirits and find out why they will not leave.

when i was asking this i was shown a brown teddy bear and a silver coloured wrist watch the hands were pointing to 2 minutes past 3 and 7minutes past three .
i don't know if this is related to you or the spirits with you but i was shown this.

Thank you for your prayers. The only think that I can figure out why they are here is because they are hoping I will listen to them (there are many more than 4 spirits here). I can see them but do not have the ability to hear them and do not want to develop this ability.

Its the opposite for me i sense them more than see them i do see their orbs and vague transparent movements mostly i see their energy .
i can sense if they ghosts are good or bad .

i sense words more than hear them from spirits i know i need fine tuning that's why i think the ringing in my ears is they are trying to communicate with me i think that's why some spirits stay longer with me so they can get their message across to me saying that some are guides and protecters through our physical life.

did my prayers give any help to your sleep ?.

i asked for help for you and sensed that dominian angels was going to help you.
i was told at first they did not want to go a few times
as i have to rely on sense messages they said that they had gone is this true ?.

The spirits interrupted my sleep again last night for several hours. They definitely do not want to leave, I have talked to them repeatedly about leaving. When I try to meditate, they are right there sending flower pictures and snowing heavily so I feel they are trying to block my calls for help.

Just a thought maybe the snow is connected to them and they suffered in the winter
perhaps tell them you need healing from that life let all your sad emotions go you go to the light do not fear judgement god doesn't judge if you go to the light you will have forever peace .
