Positive Energy Psychology
There's a video on Youtube demonstrating something called "Positive Energy Psychology". It's like EFT with a twist. It's a way to install positive affirmations, but also with a twist regarding verbiage. Not sure if many know about it. Just thought I'd share. I've tried it and it brought out some emotions in me. I haven't been real consistent though. Need to pick it up again.

Nice and easy way of manifesting positivity in one's life.
The method reminds me of 'mudras' in Hinduism.
