Suicide?
Do we go to hell if we commit suicide? Or do we go to heaven and see relatives who have long since passed on?

It varies immensely I believe. If one has a positive "abstract", such as visual or aural influence in your 'Dream' of life, then no matter what your religion or creed you can believe it will be a part of such an unfortunate event and if there is any debate on our behalf it will be analysed.
For one example, as an angel (almost two thirds of me is an angel :) I went through the confrontation process of the suicide hex of a soul I and his sister have been trying to help which manifested as an incredibly dark hard and severe place which while really only lasting minutes seemd to take years. The first step was the tranquility to be brought to the forth, because beleieve it or not the "Believers" tend to be ugly souls.
So this suicide victim had help, and you know why nothing of his true soul was present till I took some of the load off his back was because he was schizophrenic which usually kinda means that nearly everything you experience is legitimised by limbo.

From what I know, through my guides, you will create a more difficult life next time around. So hell, in a sense, is my answer.

I am more of the belief that there is a preexisting chance of suicide in the person before their born, as if it's part of an experience that was pre-planned.

Everyone who passes through any kind of trauma go into Healing its like a hospital but in the spirit world, until they are ready to move forward they do not go to hell,

My view is whether a person goes to heaven or hell depends on their emotions and the level of their vibration as they pass to the spirit world.
The most important thing is how it impacts the people around the person, and how it could be helpful to the person passing into the spirit world; in most cases of suicide that Ive noticed they seem to be done in a low-vibrational state, which adds unnecessary stress to the already stressed out person committing the act suicide

I would not refer to it as going to hell but the soul will go to the appropriate plane (heaven) after death.

They will end up on the 'other side' fully awake, aware and conscious. They will realise what has happened and what they have done. Any physical reason (such as excruciating terminal illness) will probably be gone or greatly lessened. Memory of body pain will slowly fade as the Soul gets used to its new state.)
But any emotional reason such as depression may or may not go away. If a Soul terminated its earth life because of depression, it might still be present after passing, unless it was caused by a physical reason, such as brain malfunction. Even so, that might have created habitual track-ways down which the emotional energy still flows until it learns differently.
But all Souls will experience the great wideness of a Universal Love and will be bathed in compassionate energies. They will know that.
What happens next? I do not know for certain. But from what I have heard, the Soul may be faced with the full meaning of their choice. What that entails....I can't say. It may be acceptable....it may be troubling...it may all depend on intent, and what is at the Heart of the person.
But the Soul will gravitate to the astral level where they feel most comfortable, and to the beings with whom they have most in common.
There are opportunities for development, learning, and further growth in the next dimension. Help is available. But any barriers created by the person themselves, out of strong negative emotions or thoughts, may be like brick walls that others find hard to reach through....
So self-imposed 'hell' states are entirely possible, although they probably will melt away as the person wakes up more and more to their other possibilities.

There is no punishment except what we experience during the life review. Death by suicide is no different from dying from cancer. It's the result of illness and I am astonished that this very simple truth isn't acknowledged. That suicide is an evil thing is a religious concept and not a spiritual/metaphysical concept or truth.
We are healed the moment we make our transitions. It may take a little time to realize it, but there is no illness on the next plane. We don't take stuff with us except for one thing: love.
We will experience everything in our many lifetimes on this planet. We will kill and be killed. We will be rich, we will be poor. We will be happy, we will be unhappy. And yes, most of us will take our own lives at some point in our many incarnations. Etc., etc., etc. Before each incarnation we choose our experiences in concert and agreement with others. We always have free will and things can change in an instant, but in general we follow our plan (even if loosely).
I repeat: Suicide is the result of illness, just as any other disease. If you don't think so, please educate yourself on the subject. We don't get punished EVER, and we certainly don't get punished for being sick. That's just preposterous and rather mean-spirited.

I have worked with those who crossed over either self inflicted or accidental overdose. And most where dramatized before the crossing over.
What ever the situation around suicide, there are no Mills and Boon type situations on the other side with healing chambers and what ever. We arrive on the other side as we leave here, first of all. Healing exists on the astral, not on the earth realm. Heaven and hell? This depends on your definition.
