Hmmm crystal, im not sure how it works for you but im thinking what form you taking on in these travels? Can you change it? Can you become a 'body' of a different energy substance? just an idea but Isnt it (and forgive me if im wrong here this is one of those snippets my brains chucked out with no idea of its reference point!) but isnt crystal able to take on energy and also be transfered through energy, for example heat, very effectively?
Im starting to wonder if the idea of 'bodys' out there can be a fair hinderance sometimes!
I think were probably even smaller than ants! Maybe more like fairyfly wasps!

Yea Loopy, things get really weird out there when we leave our physical body, no doubt about it and no two people really explain it the same way, it's like we sorta understand what works for us and after that all bets are off!
I've been going with the Hindu mental construct, or whoever's construct it is, that we have multiple bodies, astral, mental, etheric, spirit, etc. And it's various one's of these we travel in. Myself I've travel in 4 different ones, or at least how I experience the travel and see or not see a body/essence associated with it. Several times what started as a mental projection turned into an etheric projection, no idea what causes this.

It does seem like in mental body while one can become like the size of an atom and go into crystals and the human body and such, that do channel energy a different body is needed and so an instant switch is made and then one is regular sized with glowy arms channeling energy.

I'm not even convinced that the physical body can't be taken if it's the earth plane one is traveling in, have seen too many credible documentations of 'flying yogi's' and talked with a person who did it at least once before being shut down by Higher Self on that form of travel. And I had my own pre-launch experience in which there is no earthly explanation for what was happening.

So I kinda am starting to think anything is possible, it's just a matter of finding a mental construct that works, dropping into the right state of brain wave production and applying energy to the Intention.
