my dream

Hi, I had a dream that my previous boss got promoted to a higher position (a position at Harvard) and then the group that worked under her had to split up and look for positions elsewhere. My twin flame, who is a PhD student, had to walk out with a Masters degree instead (a lower degree). In the dream, I kept holding his hand in different scenes and I was telling him not to leave me, to which he always smiled. Then, in another scene in the dream, I had all my stuff packed up on a cart in the lobby of a building that looked like my college dorm during my senior year and then my sisters threw out my belongings by mistake. I was hysterical and was like, noooo. What could this mean? Thanks :)

My impression is that all the characters in this dream are aspects of you but that you may be going through so much change that you are not sure who you are or where you belong. That can happen when big shifts in our life and in ourselves happen. It can feel like having the rug pulled out from under us. but you will find a new normal soon enough and everything will be in their right place.

I feel these are two aspects of the same concept in your mind. Generally the theme is about moving up and moving on, and the question of what do you take along with you to the next stage, or what do you leave behind; do you get all your goals or do you need to settle for less than what you want?

Your old boss is your past situation, the promotions and being forced to make choices/split up is something that is happening around you, but you do not strongly want to identify with it,.... except your Twin Flame is in that mess up. You want to maintain your happy connection to your Twin Flame through all these external obligations of situations of life.
