Awesome Synchronicity

See my avatar? It is called the Sri Yantra.

It is the ultimate in sacred geometry and to meditate on it causes peace, bliss and a raising of vibration..It is the symbol of the Divine Goddess.

About a year ago, I really got into this..into the meditation and contemplation of the Sri Yantra called Sri Vidya..A very powerful method of balance, alignment and focus...after a few months, I stopped the practice to follow other areas of meditation.

Recently, I have been having problems with wild energy flows, being unable to get into a meditative state, physical health problems etc...then two days ago, a member on here called Starman suggested that I return to meditating on the Sri Yantra..and of course I was going to do that, but not immediately.

Today I had an appointment with a peer support worker in my home. She is a new worker...A trainee..very young, but she had an awesome attitude..I liked her and we clicked immediately. I noticed she was wearing a pair of silver earrings....I looked closely...they were huge Sri Yantras!

I said "I like your earrings" and she said "thanks..I got them at a new age festival..they are supposed to represent something, but I don't know what" and with that, I told her all about the Sri Yantra...and she be like "so cool... That's amazing and thanks for telling me..I am going to study this online".

It was only after she left...Just now, that the synchronicity hit home..and now I am on SF telling you all about it.

That's not a synchronicity - that's a co-incidence.

Once you have experienced a synchronicity you will know. It's the moment when, like a blinding flash, you see into the workings of the universe and understand that not only is everything One but that all things hang together outside of this thing we call time.

We all experience co-incidences every day. Some people experience a remarkable co-incidence maybe once in their lives. Then everything gets forgotten.

But a S. you will never forget.

Some people would say that there are no such things as coincidences. A coincidence is only the attempt made by the rational mind to try and make logical or scientific sense of a synchronicity.

Others would say that synchronicities range in intensity of expression from minor to major, with those on the minor vibrational scale being a "reminder/message from the universe" and those on the major side being a life changing ascension experience.

So, I guess it is all about what holds personal meaning on the level of an individual, personal truth, with one person's synchronicity being another person's coincidence, because who can prove it either way? All that happens is you will get another saying " well, here is MY contrary opinion on the matter".

It was C.G.Jung who brought the world's attention to Synchronicities, he didn't call them co-incidences. For him there was obviously a difference.
If I meet my neighbour in the supermarket two days running I can hardly call that a S.
If I decide to buy a new car I start looking around, decide maybe on a Renault Model X. As you know from this moment on the roads are filled with RXs - it's the same with looking at the clock and finding 11.11 - the other times I look at the clock nothing registers.

As I have said, a true S is an overwhelming experience where the universe intrudes to an extent where one is left speechless.

Read Jung's 'Memories, Dreams and Reflections' for a better insight.

What if you were thinking of somebody you hadn't spoken to in years, then five minutes after you think about them, they ring you? Coincidence or synchronicity?

What of you saw your neighbour in the supermarket for two days running, in the same aisle, reaching for the same tin of biscuits? Coincidence, synchronicity or a glitch in the matrix?

Maybe our subconscious mind brings things into our reality...Maybe that conversation about the Sri Yantra between myself and Starman, made my peer support worker choose to wear those earrings upon her visit to me, without knowing what they were, just to remind me that I should be meditating on it...and now my subconscious mind has also made you reply to me, basically telling me not to place any real significance on it.

I guess there are just some who can see beyond this level of reality...which will make absolutely no sense whatsoever to those who cannot.

Suffice to say, if I can produce coincidences at will, this is a skill I need to work on and perhaps I will gain many psychic powers from doing so.

Jung pointed out that Synchronicities are recognisable by the intervention of the universe. So reaching for the same brand of biscuits is part of the workings of society in which we live.

Personally I have experienced many coincidences but the two Sys' that I experienced showed me what the difference is.
