Animal Totems

Thank you Lapis for this topic.....recently i myself have been trying to figure out all of my totem animals and power animals so far i believe that my totem is an eagle, but they can change right? when im in deep meditation, i have seen myself as a bear, then also a cat....do you have any suggestions for me? when i close my eyes i can see thru an eagle eyes,, like i am the eagle..i have flown as an eagle as well....i don't understand how to reach my power animal....thank you

I feel that Spider has been with me always, and Frog, but there have been times when Hawk came, and Wolf, and Coyote and other animal medicine.

My experience has been that various animal medicine has come my way during my life, whenever I needed the wisdom of a particular animals.

While Spider is my main totem as a person and Frog is probably my main power animal when I work as a healing facilitator, I have learned from all the connections with the four-leggeds, the winged ones and the creature beings.

For example, dragon fly came one day in a very strong way for me, with a message. One literally flew into the side of my head, hard enough to stun me, at a spiritual significant moment in my thought process. After that, I've never had it show up that way again.
