Is my chakra open now?
Hello
For the past 3 months I have been listening to chakra meditations on utube and at first I found them hugely beneficial, they really did help me, but recently they don't seem to have the same effect they used to, could this mean I have opened the chakra I needed opening? Does anyone have any suggestions please, should I look for different meditations not connected to the chakras??
