Does this mean they like me?

So I'm in a relationship, and My girlfriend has a friend that has shown that they might have feelings for me? They were sending mixed signals so I asked the tarot cards about what their feelings were for me.

I made a simple 3 card spread with the major Arcan and the cards that I got were the lovers, The fool, and The hanged man.

The way I interpret it is that they do have feelings for me ( lovers) but it hurts them because they know I'm already in a relationship with someone (the hanged man). And as for the fool, I just interpreted it as that these feelings were new(they've developed feelings over time).

Please tell me what you guys think, how else I could interpret these cards as.
