Interpretation for a Dream

I can't remember most part of the dream. I can only remember the last part, just before I woke up.

In my dream, there were people underground. (It seemed that they were trapped underground.) I was walking on the ground, which was covered with snow. And if I remember correctly, I noticed a hole in the ground.

not much to go on there.
it seems you've arrived at a position where you might rescue/liberate some people.
it could be representing that you're enabled to give voice to some ideas that
many aren't capable of expressing. the survival of those people could depend
upon your upcoming choices.
a proper rescue may need to wait for a thaw... you might be their liaison until then.

i figured the hole to lead to the people underground, as if it were an
air hole (potentially useful for communication), or maybe it's developing
into a sinkhole which would allow for them to reach the surface
(after the ground unfreezes maybe).

when i awoke from a dream, an idea came to me about your dream:
perhaps you'd been among those underground people in the earlier
part of your dream that went unremembered. that could be speaking
to your having incarnated from the 'hollow earth' -- Agartha.
the memory wipe fits with what most people undergo when incarnating.
the hole may have been your means to entering the surface realm.
