True, You can meditate on anything or nothing at all, but what matters is that what you are trying to gain in the journey, and is it one way journey or a return trip.

Actually you need to earn the 4 qualifications before even starting to embark on the journey to eternity, the ocean of spirituality from where you have come. And the lack of any one of the 4 qualifications will keep you bringing back from where you started. remember to EARN those 4, the first of which is Ability to discriminate between true and false, the second Renunciation, third is INTENSE longing for Self-realization, The fourth one is of 6 parts i.e. Restraining the outgoing propensities of mind, Controlling the sense organs thru which the sense objects are attracted, Withdrawing the Self, Forbearance, Self-settledness, faith in the Self.

I think we have made this entirely too complicated; it is very simple, we already exist in eternity,
we already exist in the infinite ocean of self, there is no place to go, you just wake up to what is, was,
and shall always be. The journey is a journey of awakening. Planet Earth is a planet of awakening,
and yes, we do have our growing pains.

If this physical world is an illusion than reincarnation is also an illusion. Death is an illusion;
it is all just a matter of waking up, and we can not be fully awake enough, because the waking
up process is infinite. All paths lead to the same indescribable space-less place. Nonetheless,
human existence is extremely useful.

Everything works for the One Being, everything is the One Being, and the journey is automatic.
We, who do meditation and other forms of consciousness development, have consciously or
unconsciously, chosen to attempt to speed things up. We have chosen to enhance our own,
and humanities, conscious development.

Time is a shadow play, night and day, and there is more going on automatically within us then is
going on around us on the outside. The outside is but a reflection of what is going on within
human consciousness. Waking up from a dream, and for many a nightmare, can be a laborious process,
especially since many of us are holding on so tightly, deeply invested in the dream.

Until one realises that what is 'true' or 'false' is a matter of personal, subjective experience.

We are not in Eternity. We are in this third grand Division of creation which is material spiritual world. We need to transcend it and then transcend the second grand division of Spiritual Material world to reach purely Spiritual region for that we have to undertake journey with help from Guide to make the soul reach its final abode from where it came after big bang. From time to time after seeing the miseries of human beings here, that all intelligent life force manifests itself in form of incarnations and realized souls to guide us in undertaking the journey.

Only the spirit has those 3 attributes i.e. sat , Chit, Anand in other words Energy, Intelligence and Bliss, and all other things are superimposed on the spirit, they dont have existance of their own, they are shining in borrowed light from spirit. They all cease to exist if spirit takes exit from them. By true false i mean Real and Unreal. The intelligence of spirit is unfathomable and different from the Relative intelligence we witness here and same goes for Bliss and Energy. Spirit is the observer free from all vice
, virtues, pain, and pleasure as they are of the mind only, and we are the observed suffering because of our identification and attachment with the objects of the world. We need to shun the objects of the senses and practice sincerity, truthfulness, kindness, contentment,and forgiveness.
