random headache

Hi All!

So today at work I ate lunch as usual and had some tea. After a while I sat in my office and I felt so lazy and tired lol. I played a couple games of solitaire on my phone since I had a little down time...shhhhh. Anyway, with being tired and feeling lazy I noticed this headache and it was sort of there throughout the day. I didn't seem to notice when I was busy, but at the end of the day and drive home and even now, I have this tension type headache at the crown/front of my head.

I was debating thinking if I really should be looking at every pain as spiritual, but I am not sure. I checked to make sure my tea was caffeine free and it was. Caffeine could give me headaches. I am growing a lot spiritually...like A LOT!! I am learning so much it's actually exhausting and I need a break haha!

So anyways, wondering what you all think about headaches being spiritual. Maybe part of the time spiritual or maybe it relates to me being tired. Anyone have thoughts on this. Just kind of curious on this topic!
