Evil is mentioned as existing in heavenly places for the heavens themselves are created by God and thus a part of this world; the "Heaven" God's Throne resides in is beyond space and time.

Pan's honorifics are/were Lord of Darkness, Lord of Light [always as a pair], the perfect expression of the duality of the universe or Yin Yang if you prefer. I am suggesting that these honorifics also belong to Christ but have been censored to just Lord of Light. Does that make sense ? Lord of Light without Lord of Darkness is like Outside without Inside, it's only half of the whole.

The world is the way it is because of free will--man's lust for money, control and power and one can not blame any imagined spiritual entity for this......

So, Animus, you are more or less saying that God created evil????? I don't believe this even for a moment.....God doesn't have a throne as he exists everywhere.......

Why does the "whole" of love and light have to have darkness at all? No, to me it doesn't make sense at all...

Ummmmmmmmmmmmm well you can't have good without bad or negative without postive its the law of attraction.l believe in the lower relms as much as l believe in the higher relms and l believe that as long as you walk on the path of light they can not touch you.

Not at all. Evil is the absence of God, just as darkness is the absence of light. But since God is love, and the lover cannot force the beloved to reciprocate, humanity has free will to accept or reject God's love and goodness.

And God does not literally have a throne. He is omnipresent, within all things and filling all things. But His Throne is a human way of referring to His splendor and authority, which transcends the created cosmos, things visible and invisible.
