Always think twice, thrice, or more, before...

you decide to sell / get rid of a card deck!

I've done so a number of times years ago with decks that I didn't use at the time or felt I couldn't relate to. Now, that I'm doing more readings, I actually need and thus miss those decks and I wished I still had them.
The biggest reason I sold them is because I wanted to buy something else -another deck or a crystal- and didn't have any money.
I've had similar things happen with crystals and/or crystal skulls.
I now feel I really want/need a chakra oracle card deck. And I used to have one, it's one of the decks I sold.
I've also noticed that -now that I do more readings- I regularly use almost every deck I own, even the ones that made me wonder why on Earth I had ever bought them.

I bought another chakra oracle deck tonight. I really want one for the readings I'm doing, it can add wonderful info.
I really will think thrice 3x times over before I ever sell another card deck

Haha preach girl.
Been there. I've sold, swapped and gifted decks that I really regret.
My biggest regret was giving away my copy of Wizards Tarot. It's out of print now. I could cry.

Funny I just stumbled on your post. Recently, my guides advised me that I should focus solely on the Tarot cards only, after my Chakra Oracle Card deck arrived in the mail. I was like, well what the heck am I gonna do with this?

Then your post shows up about two days later and I'm like. Oh!

The Chakra Oracle Cards you are talking about are the ones by Tori Hartman, right? If so, I have that deck, in near mint condition. I took them all out once, to examine them, then put them right back in the box. If you feel comfortable giving your address to a stranger, feel free to PM me and I'll give you the deck free of charge. :)

No pressure though, I know how scary sending personal information over the internet can be. I just felt compelled to make the offer. :)

@Trinitydown
You do realise in about 2 years time you'll probably end up wishing you'd kept them

This is probably true, lol

I do tend to go through cycles of acquiring, then purging of material items. :)

That really s*x!
It's always tricky. I have a tendency to have a problem with letting go. Already had that as a kid. Not just people, things / items as well. I get attached to things, lol.
Every now and then I'm in a different vibe and am able to dump stuff and then I take advantage of it.
But because of this tendency, I always find it difficult to get clear whether I find it difficult to part from something because of that or because my inner guidance is telling me to not get rid of it. The voices of both sound very very similar, haha.
And sometimes one has to let go of things. If not, I'd still have the dressing gown with the hole in the sleeve that I had when I was 6. I bawled my eyes out when my mom threw it out when I refused to do so myself.
Last year my wardrobes were too full, I couldn't get anything in there anymore, and I decided I had to dump stuff. Believe it or not, I still had dresses from when I was 16 and 18 years old And that gorgeous dress I bought in Bali when I was 20. I simply couldn't throw them away. I think I got rid of some 6-12 garbage bags full of clothes I couldn't wear anymore. And if I ever lose enough weight so that I could wear them I'm gonna be well PO for throwing them out, haha.
And yeah, sometimes it's a crystal, a crystal skull, or a card deck. Sigh...

Well, my new chakra deck is on its merry way :) Would take 4-8 days. Not sure why it takes that long, coming from the UK? I could likely swim across the Channel twice in that time One would expect airplanes to be a lot faster than I can swim?
I guess it is a lot more work than just grabbing it from a shelf, putting it in an envelope, a Royal Mail truck bringing it to the airplane, a Dutch Royal Mail truck picking it up and delivering it to me.
I'd think that could be done within 3 hours, but I guess I'm too optimistic? Or would it be impatient?
Can't help it, I've never excelled at waiting and patience. I want my card, hotdangit!
