We are still eating leftovers too! 
But, that just freed me up for some baking experimentation! Made lemon sugar cookies and added ground up freeze dried strawberries to the glaze! Pretty and tasty.
Also learned that food processing freeze dried strawberries will make a slightly unmanageable dust... followed by sneezing... wet towel on food processor helped, but I may be flirting with disaster.  |

Lol, Anala, reminds me, once I tried to make my own powdered sugar. It was a mess. It was easier to find a healthy blend (all powdered sugar in regular stores has corn in it).
Last night I fixed baked pork chops, baked sweet potatoes and a green salad.

Tonight will be a skillet fix meal of lasagna. Kind of like Hamburger Helper but gluten/corn free.
