I ended up buying The Golden Tarot. It’s based of RWS.
Do you guys have any particular ritual of some sort you do before hand? Like this particular deck mentioned that some light a candle before and also mentioned wrapping the cards in silk or something after you are done. Do you guys do anything like that?

You're welcome! It is great and works a treat.
I got Wisdom of the Oracle too, but that's not Tarot. I'm not using it much anymore at the mo. For a long time it was my go-to deck as it's very accurate, easy to read. |

Most often I reach for the Gilded Tarot when a friend asks me to pull a card.
If I'm doing a reading, I have few decks on hand:
The Gilded (I've bonded with this one, it's RWS, and is a little masculine)
The New Mythic (which I love for my own work and for mythological connections, but then I am not attached to the Mythic)
The Wildwood (It seems to prefer my Wiccan/Pagan family and friends)
The Fountain (My most feminine deck, and probably the one I reach for after the Gilded)
The Tarot Illuminati (A gorgeous deck that for some reason I haven't bonded with yet)
I'm experimenting with letting the querent choose the deck.

My first and so far only deck is the Chrysalis Tarot deck. I absolutely love the paintings, and all of the artwork and descriptions and symbolism resonate with me on the most uncanny spiritual level. It was the first and only deck I was drawn to, so I have stuck with it ever since! I love it so much and have bonded so closely with it that I actually feel no need to even try another deck.
