Can a hand reading reveal a past life??

An acquaintance of mine ( an old man who practices witchcraft and do readings in many ways ) did a hand reading to me . Among other details I found accurrate because they have happened already, he told me I am an atlantean soul who had many reincarnations (some of them in atlantis) and I was living there during the destruction..
So can anyone tell me if a hand reading can reveal such an information ? And if so , is this information about the last reincarnation ?

I don't know about myself in that lifetime, but I know someone I know discovered she and her partner were there when things went wonky.
