Kap do you take it as a tea, tincture or pill? And how much do you take to help you sleep, is it something that works immediately or does it have to be in your body for a while?

I take the NSI Ashwagandha extract - capsule (from Vitacost).

It's 470 mg. per capsule. It doesn't seem to take too long to have an effect on me to help me sleep.

Sure thing. *wink*

I also like Lucky Vitamin too - they're another great low cost health store to shop from online. If Vitacost doesn't have it, Lucky Vitamin may have it.

I wouldn't be able to survive without discount stores!

Yeah I'm too impatient plus I usually trust my coop to have good brands :)
I know I spelt it wrong LOL I'll get the hang of it.
My husband is also taking it and he says he feels so much better lately like he's more in control of his emotions and much more relaxed.
Thanks Kapitan.

Just as a side question. Has anyone tried Green Coffee yet ? Not sure about any benefits, it seems an odd thing to be.
It's a Nescafe Instant.

I'm a coffee lover from way back, but never heard of this green coffee. It really is green and not brown/black?

I put green tea in my coffee then add the other goodies at my local 7-eleven store.

So, what' swith the green coffee? it has green tea in it or what?
