Well I did something very different for myself yesterday. I got up in front of 60+ people and spoke on a microphone at a baby shower. I am petrified of public speaking. I wasn't as nervous as I thought I'd be and I did ok. I survived what I feared and for me that's very empowering.

Thanks very much, ocean breeze. I am glad it's over as I stressed about it for at least 6 months. I know, it seems silly, but conquered fears are a real milestone no matter what their nature. |
