Thumbs up Slaughter-House Five (Awesome Time-travel movie!)

Friends, this is an excellent 1972 film based on the book by the great novelist, Kurt Vonnegut, about a man named Billy Pilgrim who becomes "unstuck in time." It inspired a number of films and TV show storylines, such as "The Butterfly Effect" and the time travel adventures of the character Desmond in the TV show, "Lost."

For those of you who are interested in watching it or re-watching it, you can see it for free on YouTube. Enjoy!

Cool potatoes. I love Kurt Vonnegut's books. Got loads of them. I even own this film, but haven't watched it yet. You've given me a timely nudge to get it watched! Thanks.

Ah, very excellent, my friend! You are eternally welcome. Mr. Vonnegut himself was very satisfied with the movie translation of his novel. Your beautiful art and poetry are amazing creations of your Spirit; I am deeply impressed. You are very much in touch with your innate magic. You are like a female Peter Pan.

Yes, me, too!
Good ole Kurt...an old friend in the 80s was his kids' nanny.
What a mind...I bet the younger people here don't know much about him.
I will watch it again, thnx, for the reminder.
