Feeling in two places at once.

I need advice on this...
I feel really ungrounded. Spacey. I feel the spaceyness because its like we keep talking telepathically. So I feel like im there in her consciousness and she is able to access mine too. Then it feels like im in two places at once. Anyone dealt with something like this and what helped you to feel like youre not in two places.at once?

It does sound as though you may need to ground yes - and maintain connection with yourself.

What do you usually do to make yourself feel more grounded? And also at home in yourself?

Often connections like this can become a bit overwhelming and we need to take little breaks.

Heck... Even in ordinary relationships we need little breaks from time to time haha.

It's good to maintain ones sense of self and personal identity regardless of the type and nature of connections.

You said that you feel you have been shown you are royalty in another lifetime.

... What I do, is I feel God has shown me some other lifetimes & with my closest of souls. I also feel I am called, & that this life is difficult awaiting what is to come.
I'm able to envision into Heaven where I'll be & how it is played out there.
The Bible says to think about heaven.
It is the way I am able to ground myself & it's still not always easy...
BUT it's almost like life cannot be grounded fully here as is, this is 3D.

When I think of my twin ray, my twin flame, the 2 I will be the closest to I believe.. honestly, the rest, sort of falls around this to me..
God has to take first place.
God is a Jealous God. SO...

If you were royalty in another life time, maybe God will show you how that plays out other side. The Lord showed me very much details as to heaven.
I kept asking WHY/WHAT/ etc.. and God showed me.
I know this is not exact to say how to ground yourself..

But to think of highest dimension you could get to. in heaven ...

ground yourself there.

You might try researching "spooky motion at a distance." Also, being in 2 places at once is a shamanic tool.

absolutely . tried everything as it started to interfere with my daily life i get spaced out like im here but not . my head gets strange vibrations and i feel like i am kinda losing conciousness then bam hit with the negatives . . i wuld suddenly feel rage and hear voices .. not spirit kind . i would see him in my minds eye pacing arund i wuld feel as tho im him . i thought i was going crazy he recently told me after all these years out of contact he has psychosis . now i know the difference between his feleings and mine . so when i feel that way i just ground now and send him love . shift my own focus to a higher vibration in order to help him . if i go into a low space and stay there i know hes going to go that way too .

You need to be able to take your consciousness aside from his. I would suggest trying to decipher if you can act as two consciousness' and one - being your own and shift between the two worlds.

Eventually, I think too however, you learn to allow him to pick up on your consciousness, and then shift back into your own reality after a while.
