Did I open my Feet Chakras too early?
So I'm having trouble with opening the Root Chakra, so I thought I'd try an open the minor chakra below it to make things easier.
So I constantly walked or ran outside barefoot on the grass to get become grounded, and it helped.
Now, when I was lying down in bed doing body scan meditation, I focused mainly on my legs and feet, and then it happened.
My right leg and foot starts to feel SO hot/warm and tingly, I felt like it was just filled with energy (or Prana). I still kinda feel it now.
But my left leg and foot didn't feel the same.
Is this because I needed to open the Root Chakra first in order to keep the energy flowing correctly?

Seems like you're on the right track.
Meditation on chakras isn't enough to open them.You have to produce a kind of ''movement'' in order to achieve this.
If you open the root chakra,kundalini will rise and then you'll have ''access'' to all of them,plus many other things that will unfold over time..
Propably you have blocks in your left leg,and you need to work more on it.
Also you'll find out that your inner self wants specific infos about the area you're working-directing your thought...
For you it's your left leg,but for your inner self,the left leg is a whole universe on it's own.
It has skin,vains,flesh,muscles,neurons,nadis etc...
Try to be precise about ''where'' you direct your focus and your inner self will follow..

Changes (im bad at describing/explaining things :/)
Things are a bit different now. I'm starting to actually feel energy flowing in my right leg instead of it just being filled with energy. Whenever I stand or sit with my feet flat on the ground it's like energy is being sucked into my feet. It also feels like my feet are getting sucked into the ground (which is probably why ive been feeling more grounded).
My heels have been hurting ever since this started happening.

Maybe read a bit about energy work/qigong/neigong/tai chi, and deal with those areas physically through stretching/yoga/other things. The subtle, physical, mental, emotional etc. - they all relate closely enough that you don't want to forget to consider them all together when a problem manifests on one level, since it could be the result of an imbalance on another one.
With regard to those practices, it also never hurts to include in your practice 2 additional energy centers outside of the body, one just below (grounding/earth-oriented) and one above ("heavenly"/universal/cosmic/etc. energy). My impression is that those encourage an exchange to happen that keeps your body's energy levels in balance, and they also help you more easily access additional energy for use in healing and lots of other practices.
Ultimately your experience of it will be unique to you, so the best thing you can do is just keep re-centering and listening to your body as you practice
