I guess the better thread title should've been: "I suggest a section dedicated to shamanism". That is an affirmative approach. You could've added in your opening post why you ask for that, and why you think shamanism can't be discussed in any of the existing forums.
When you start with a question, as you did, you put others in the position to question if your request has merit. Sometimes you push somebody in a defensive position too. You give yourself an uphill battle.
