In what ways do spirits communicate to you?

My mediumship skills have been slowly developing and dont have many people to compare notes with really. I mostly feel spirit energy but also get images, symbols and emotions but lately can get answers from vibrations, like yes, no, a little bit, maybe. I also can check if I got the right images/symbols this way. This way I can be more accurate? I suppose its another form of clairsentience.

With myself I see spirit in solid form , and I hear them I feel them I sence them and smell them, not everyone sees spirit in the same way some see outlines shadows etc, we are all different so how we connect with them will also be different,

I see spirits as transparent orbs with a small center core and moving shadows on the wall in different colors and colorful floral designs. I have also seen them full bodied in human form and in many other realistic forms, toys, birds, animals etc

How, with massive respect, can you know its not something from the subconscious or possibly hallucinatory?? Has anyone here ever been told something that they could not have known and then checked up and found actual evidence to support it??

Hi Vespa-hope all is well. I pick energy, emotions, auditory and telepathic. Metal when I first started hearing spirits I wondered if I was hallucinating. Things settled down I stopped hearing them so loud and clear. I convinced myself I must have gone crazy for a bit. Now three years later. Every thing they told me actually happened. Big life changing things that I never anticipated. Now I am amazed at how clearly they can make themselves know. Sometimes verification takes time but accuracy is key.
