ugly thing in heart chakra

Hi All!

So I was practicing reiki yesterday with a friend. We practiced on each other. When she was at my heart chakra we both saw something ugly coming out/releasing. It was really ugly (black & white skull-like, but not a skull). It was kind of scary. I know it's been blocked lately as I am trying to heal from things (things far beyond what I know consciously).

I have been told by a psychic before that I have a broken heart, though I have never been in a relationship. Longest was 5 days and I don't count that because I could not seem to do it. I felt trapped and alone even though there was no reason for it. I think it's past lives.

Anyways, has anyone ever seen something ugly and scary in reiki or any energy healing session before?

lots of things, including other beings, come out during a session. just continue practicing because there's more to go. we carry many known and unknown things. best not to dwell on them and to be grateful for the blessing of being released from them.
