Question can indian head massage overstimulate chakras

hi i hav volunteered to let someone give me an indian head massage in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if it cud overstimulate any chakras that may be open? am new to this , if it cud what r the signs of this? jus so i kno what to look out for. hav also agreed to let them give me a swedish massage later on the same day. I thought it sounded good as they need people to practice on, but thought i better check im not gonna end up going screwy or something if they knock em up a gear . Any advice , thoughts on this would be much appreciated x

Massage should stimulate but also relax. Please just make sure to drink LOTS of water after your massage. If not, you may end up getting sick. Massage causes your body to detox. The best thing you can do is to drink only water all day long to avoid getting sick and to help flush out the toxins. You should also take an apple cider vinegar bath after the massage. Again this is for flushing out toxins and keeping your body from getting sore. Take a hot bath for 20 mins with 1 quart apple cider vinegar. Continuously pour the water over top portion of your body (neck down) for that 20 mins. Do not rinse off afterwards and do not use soap or anything else while taking this bath. Afterwards you will feel refreshed! This is the best things you can do for yourself after any massage and to keep from getting ill afterwards. Massage is a wonderful thing and the benefits are amazing if you get them on a regular basis, you will feel like a new person.

Hope this helps :)

Thank you for the reply have only just noticed it :) I ended up getting a full body massage instead and although I felt grotty about an hour later and stiff as anything, I drank water and the next day I felt fantastic.
