Clairalience,how useful?
I know it can useful for sensing relatives or friends that have passed. I have experienced this before when the parents of someone popped up The same smell of vodka and freesias even when I was alone in a freezing cold house.
Now I have a random, all day a pungent spice worse than incense (which I hate)… I am so hoping it's not a new guide because it's giving me such a headache, I can't help anyone when I am irritated like this. My parents can't smell anything and the windows have been open all day and last night!
Hopefully they will move on to someone who can bear the smell, please be my guest…as I need to shut the door on this one!

An entity which gives you headaches doesn't sound like anything good, I suggest you ask the entity to leave.

You can ask your guide to reduce the odor intensity. If you still irritate with these smells, then they were from an entity. I sensed that these smells were from the ghost currently attached to you. Just mentally ask that ghost to leave you alone.
