If you go to: CIA.gov > Library > Freedom of Information Act Electronic Reading Room you can search for a variety of declassified documents on UFOs such as military records of sightings.
eg. The UFO Evidence published by THE NATIONAL INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE ON AERIAL PHENOMENA (NICAP) 1964
Granted it's a bit old but unfortunately 60 years seems to be the status quo for things being declassified such as the 1953 Iranian coup d'état but that's another story.
