Purely from conversations that have taken place, it's quite obvious that she doesn't want a relationship with all the trimmings...

I read you as a very insightful and perceptive person. But is it possible that this is your own projection or fear? Sometimes when we have our own walls it is easy to assume that someone else in fact has them. Sometimes we both have them and are longing for the other person to step up and help us dismantle our own carefully constructed layer of protection.

Just saying that the "reality" of what may seem so obvious to you may in fact be a complex house of mirrors. Who knows?

Regardless, I'm glad you enjoy each other's company and meals together.

Today my unrequited lover walked into my life again. It was like a bolt of lightning out of the blue and totally unexpected. I got to chat to him briefly and it was very nice. I realised that I no longer felt the same way about him and that I am totally in love with my twinflame. Tonight I posted a photo of the old friend on my facebook and made a few funny jokes about him with other friends. I was happy to see him again and he seemed genuinely happy to see me and before we parted he said to keep in touch. It was a nice meeting and the next thing I knew my TF was emailing me and wanting to chat with me, so the day just ended on a total high for me.
