I projected in my dream
A couple of nights ago, I was really tired and was looking forward to calling it a night. I got into my bed, set an alarm and just drifted off. Next thing I know, my eyes are closed but I am fully aware of myself (thus, I finally understand what it is like to experience a hypnagogic state), and I feel something forceful, yet so light pushing me upwards. Bracing myself, I got ready for whatever came next and boom, I am slowly floating upwards, detaching myself from my body and I am able to see my surroundings. My room remained the same, although much darker.
This was a great experience and I look forward to trying it again.

thats what I got someone pushing me upwards the whole body not as in someone pulling an arm but whole body - I witnessed being darkish as well, I expect that will improve as time goes on.. amazing for me as well. did you witness the return slamming into the body. I think I may have been further away before my return...

Nah, I did not witness the return. The projection finished and I woke up remembering every detail.
