Practioner of the Unstruck Sound
Hello, I am a Yoga practitioner and was given the gift of the Anahata Nada (Unstruck Sound) through my Pranayama (breathing) practice several months ago. My Teacher encouraged me to explore the Sound as described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Upanishads. I have not encountered other students of this method and was excited to stumble upon a wonderful thread on Inner Sound Current on the forum. I am looking forward to sharing and learning with the community. Om Shanti
