Plastic Bottles

Hello,

I ordered an 8oz natural lavender oil in a plastic bottle. I've read that oils must be in a glass bottle to prevent deteriorating. Is there any truth to this? Has anyone experience this? This will be my first natural oil I ever purchased, possibly purchase more in the future.



I bought lavender for relaxation and read good comments on it.

Plastic interacts more with its surroundings, and leeches into things. This is why you're not supposed to store water in jugs for more than say, a year, before changing it.

Thanks. I'm sure this product will not last more than a year. I'll say. half a year or less. I just find it odd this one will arrive in plastic, as most are made of glass.
