The 10th avatar is a line of succession, of a distorted personality to explain one thing as many, and two things as one-- Because neither out look is over another, so to place one over another is to ignore; but that two belong to the one above it, and to that it is always in accord--

But let us say more so, that each succession in line refers to the ones before it; but that before it referred to them, it referred to the origin; or the meaning of life-- But that meaning placed between itself and the created that points to it; another self which appeared as form, and altered the meaning for every form in front of it-- So that our past seems solid, but only because we do not realize in translation to the modern tongue, that forms were not being pointed to, but that the right words in right relation changes the quality of experience, by being the one who created; the neutral point it is, when the word is rightfully spoken; so that positive and negative bring attention to two qualities that are 2 each in expression; and that between these two recurring patterns, the light is brought forth in meaning-- So that the right word is universal in language, and kalki which is the distorted personality, of the original when occurs; would know the word to say, so that all would hear meaning, all would hear him speak, all would hear what is said; because the voice is at the peak, and that is all there is; the thing being said--

And that such a being is important, because they are that which can see; the true condition, to speak from such a weave-- So that all these beings refer to Christ, but that Christ was just as much a distortion; because two are fixed and two are volatile, so that half the story is fixed and the other half mixed and non-linear, so that only the true story; the one who would know it, would speak with the tongue who could not be misheard, but that in person this must be truly referred; because the moment someone speaks true meaning, because they have spoken the truth they have seen; that everything around it, would find their tongue had been cleaned, and cannot help but relate to it, in a way that moves the order; so that we may finally separate, and hop across the border--

Kalki is on the earth now. he has decided to come as a hidden avatar this time. He is here to help (along with around 10 others) to bring in treta Yuga. The Earth is in a mess, please pray to help him.

Replying to original post, i think Lakshmi Narayan Sharma ("Neem Karoli Baba") reportedly said like "The people are becoming indifferent to righteous thoughts and actions. The worst time is ahead and only these temples will remind us of God.".
So i think if Kalki avatar is to come then there's time for that to happen.

Kybe333, I also think it's possible for you and me to directly converse with God.

Incarnation of Kalki symbolize…

The incarnation of Kalki symbolizes that He climbs a white horse, which runs at lightning speed with sword in His hand. This divine knowledge is more powerful even than the nuclear energy because by the nuclear power the human being may be killed but will born again with the same evil concepts of wrong knowledge and so the problem is not solved. But, this spiritual knowledge now coming from the Lord will certainly change the people.

Kalki will cut the rigid misinterpretations present in the heads, which alone can change the people forever and if this final attempt succeeds, all are blessed. This earth will become a divine abode of God or Brahma Loka and the Hell can be permanently removed from this creation. The lightning horse in the present Human Incarnation is this White Computer, which reaches all corners of the world with the same lightning speed of Horse.

Was this hell created as a test to himself, by himself, or does it exist in its own right to challenge the creator? Or are you talking about this 'hell' of wrong knowledge, maybe both?

The others who were not hidden were Sai Baba (he has passed over now) and Mother Meera, their job this time was to be the face of god, accesible to everyone, available for darshan etc, giving out the global message and bestowing grace and in Meera`s case, to bring down Parmatmans own light to help the change.
Along with Kalki there are a couple of other hidden avatars. They do their work out of the spotlight. Helping build the change, starting the wave of Treta yuga in the background. Some of these work with small groups of people, developing them here, some work alone and even their own families do not know who they really are. The state we are in now it seems god has had to descend mob handed to sort us out !
